Jim Carroll is the Managing Member and a  financial professional with 40 years’ experience at all levels of financial and corporate management.

Most recently Jim has spent the last 20 years of his career working in distressed situations.  His positions include court appointed roles as Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Wind-Down Officer, Plan Administrator and Liquidating Trustee.

In addition to court supervised reorganizations, Jim has extensive experience in structured out of court wind downs.

Jim has also been called upon to serve as Independent Director and as an Independent Fiduciary for a number of clients in need of well rounded, seasoned professional who can bring a reasoned approach to decision making.

During these various engagements, Jim has also been named as an expert in the Fiduciary Process and has liquidated numerous ERISA qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans.
